Waikaraka Park Practice 13-10-2001 by Macgor
 A short visit to the first practice Waikaraka Park was worth the effort and was rewarded with the sighting of some
impressive race cars in quite reasonable quantity . Good numbers of Stockcars in both grades , Saloons 
 and Streetstocks whetted the appetite on a track that I would describe as excellent considering the heat of the day .
 The Streetstocks on display were right  up there in the presentation stakes and the only worry I have is whether
they will be prepared to scratch the shiney paint on race night . There were also a couple of ministocks out for
a run . Despite the doom and gloom with regards cars lost to the new Baypark venue things are looking good at
the Park judging from what I saw .
